About yudit
Yudit is an excellent editor for
displaying unicode files.
It handles rendering of combining characters correctly.
To get it working Japanese too, Chris followed the instructions at:
http://oku.edu.mie-u.ac.jp/~okumura/texfaq/japanese/
and then did:
$ ln -s /usr/local/font/cyberbit.ttf ~/.yudit/fonts
Instead of the last command I tried doing this:
rmdir ~/.yudit/fonts/
ln -s /usr/local/font/ ~/.yudit/fonts
but neither worked when I did this.
yudit ~mackay/dasher/alphabets/training/training_Japanese_JP.txt
yudit ~mackay/dasher/alphabets/training/training_hiragana60_JP.txt
