For each question, students were asked to choose a first choice and a
second choice. The possible second choices included all the
multiple-choice answers, as well as two special choices: "I am sure of
my first choice" and "I am so unsure that I don't want to choose
anything." Here is a blank answersheet,
which also shows how much time students had for each question -- for
example, 1 minute and 30 seconds for question 4 (after having heard the question
read out loud).
